AI Employee Builders Free

This policy covers the AI Employee Builders Free website (the pages you register for a workshop on, at chiefleverageofficers.com) and the AI Employee Builders Free member portal, operated by Rashid (contact details are at the end of this page).
AI Employee Builders Free gives you the free workshops, the free plugin skills, and the daily email. This policy explains what we collect from you to run that free membership, why, and what choices you have. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for legal advice.
Registration form. When you join AI Employee Builders Free, we collect your first name, your email address, which revenue band your business is in right now (under $10k a month, or over $10k a month), your goal for building AI Employees (grow the business, save more time, or both), and your explicit consent to join the email list. A hidden field records which page sent the registration, so we know it came from AI Employee Builders Free rather than somewhere else. A hidden honeypot field is a spam trap only: it is never meant to be filled in by a person, and anything submitted in it is discarded rather than processed.
If you tell us your revenue is over $10k a month. Your record in Kit is tagged so Rashid can follow up with you personally by email. An internal alert is also sent to Rashid through Telegram, containing your first name, your revenue band, your goal, and a link to your Kit record; the alert does not contain your email address. You can reply to any email to ask not to be contacted personally.
Other free resources. You can also join AI Employee Builders Free through a free resource page at pages.chiefleverageofficers.com, such as the Draw.io Skill, the 35 AI Employees list, or the AI Employee Map. Those pages collect your first name and email address, and record which resource you asked for. Replying "AI" to the first email is what confirms your address and opens your member portal and the resource.
Website analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded on our public pages. They may collect page and session data, an approximate location derived from your connection, device and browser information, and how you interact with the page. Microsoft Clarity also records session interactions, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, using its own masking controls for sensitive form fields. Please do not enter passwords or confidential business information into any form on this site. The member portal itself does not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
Once you sign in to the AI Employee Builders Free member portal, we additionally handle:

Videos in the portal, including workshop replays, recordings, masterclasses, and tutorials, are YouTube videos. Their thumbnails are served from our own site, so nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. Pressing play loads the video from YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, under YouTube's own policies.
A few small preferences, such as which emails you have opened, whether you have hidden the welcome note, and your checklist ticks, are kept only in your own browser's local storage. We never receive them, and they do not sync between devices.
Only to run AI Employee Builders Free: to send your registration confirmation, workshop reminders, and the live link; to keep your free portal access and viewing progress in sync; to let the free plugin skills confirm your eligibility; to prevent abuse of the registration form and the connector; and to understand, in aggregate, how the free website and workshops are performing so we can improve them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles for third parties.
Each processes data on our behalf, or as its own service you choose to use, under its own terms.
New members may be shown an invitation, inside the member portal and by email, to join the separate paid AI Employee Builders community: $1 for the first 7 days, then $130 a month unless you cancel before the 7 days end. Accepting it is optional and is a separate, paid product from AI Employee Builders Free.
Lemon Squeezy processes that payment; your card details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and never reach us. The paid product has its own content licence and privacy policy, published separately, at api.chiefleverageofficers.com/terms and api.chiefleverageofficers.com/privacy.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing, or a hard bounce or spam complaint on an email to you, pauses your free portal and free plugin access together, because that access is an email-subscriber benefit. Your account record stays in place. Resubscribing and confirming your subscription restores your eligible access.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold that relates to you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the contact below.
AI Employee Builders Free is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how your data is handled, notify active subscribers by email.
